My order arrived incomplete, what DO I DO?

 

Sometimes we deliver in multiple packages that arrive to you at different times.

Check your delivery email, there might be multiple tracking links.

Missing part of an item...

Have you checked inside? Sometimes parts are inside larger items to minimise packaging

Still missing?

Tell us your order ID, invoice number or email address used to place the order. Plus, the part/item that is missing.

 

Click on "My Order" to have an overview of your order history.
