My item arrived damaged, what DO I DO?

 

We need photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging. Plus your order ID, invoice number or email address used to place the order.

We will DO what it takes to find you a solution... a free replacement part, free repair, or free exchange.

 

You can return the item clicking on Service hub.

Click on "My Order" to have an overview of your order history.
