How DOes the 30-day return service work?
You have 30 days upon receiving your order to decide whether our product is right for you.
But you will just need a minute to realise that it is perfect.
But should you want to return the item (crazier thingsDOhappen) YOU can DIY clicking on Service hub.
How does the Return Portal work?
Starting the return process is easy:

Open our return Portal clicking on Service hub

Enter your invoice number (e.g. GB-12345). You can find it in the order confirmation e-mail you received just after placing the order.

Select the item you wish to return. Add the reason why you want to return the item, choosing among malfunction, damage in transit, incomplete order and only return.

Select now the action, choosing among refund, exchange, and repair.

Select between drop-off and pick-up and then, select the carrier that will take charge of the return. Should you choose drop-off, you can deliver your parcel to the nearest parcel collection point of your chosen carrier.

Select now the payment method you prefer among bank transfer, credit/debit card and wallets, then proceed to “Payment”.

Once the payment is completed, you’ll be able to download the return label.

For customers in the UK, our experts will email you the return label. This ensures that customs fees are paid only once.
Returning an item from "My Orders" page
You can also start the return process from your order history page, My Orders. There you will find order history, invoices, and tracking information as well. Simply click on My Orders, enter the e-mail address you used to place your order, and confirm. You will receive an e-mail with a link that will redirect you to the page.
