Bank transfers take up to three days to process, so check your order confirmation email for our payment details. As soon as we receive payment we can begin preparing your order.
Take a look at your expondo account, if your order shows as "complete" then it's a success!
Can't find your order confirmation email? Send us your order ID or email address and we'll find it for you.
Click on 'My Orders', your order history page, to check the status of your order, your invoice and tracking information.
