Help! My discount code doesn't work

Check if your voucher is valid in 3 steps:

1. Expiry date – is it today or in the future?
2. Have you already used the voucher?
3. Does your order equal (or exceed) the minimum order value of the voucher?

All of the above steps checked and passed? Don't worry, we'll help!

Did you forget to use your discount? That's ok we will refund you because we're all forgetful sometimes. Tell us your order ID or invoice number, and your voucher code, and we'll do the rest.
