Trouble shooting guide and returns procedure.
1. During customer policy return- product can be returned only unused in original packing (no signs of sweat – stains)
2. If any part is broken – please send a picture of it and try to send a spare part from the warehouse.
3. Any issue related to control system, broken quartz heater please consult with Technical Team and forced customer to read user manual (replacing quartz heater).
