"My Orders" is your order history page. There, you'll find:
• Your proforma invoice, though which you pay the order
• Your order history
• The tracking link for your parcel
• Your invoice
• The link to our return portal, which you can use to return your item
To access, click on "My Orders", enter the email you used to place the order and confirm.
You'll receive an email, click on the link and you'll be redirect to your order history page.
The page works only if an order was already placed.
You'll be able to access 30 minutes after placing your order.
Please check your spam folder as well, the e-mail may have ended up there.
